It's more about shape and firmness, Though I prefer big ones, I'd change my mind if they're a least bit saggy. So to answer your real question

The answer is that above all they're firm and have a nice shape, and while holding those 2, the bigger the better within natural bounds...
I have nothing against silicone, in fact I kinda like it, but when chicks overdo it and go overboard with size like that woman who got tripple Fs for example then it's not so nice anymore.
