I certainly believe you can feel an immediate attraction at first sight......if that could last (relationship-wise), I'm not sure.......

No, I don't believe in love at first sight. I believe in immediate physical chemistry between two people that they may use to further explore a connection that may lead to love. Don't believe you can fall into love just by seeing someone.... love is much more complex than that.... or at least I hope so!

I think you can be attracted at first site but not love, you can't just love someone you don't know, you can think you do but it's not real.

Yes I do. And I also think that it's possible for some to experience more love at first sight than others experience after many years of marriage.
There's so much more involved than just sight when you think about it, body language and also something called "archetype".
It has to with the inner psyche and an instinctual, ingrained concept of form & beauty, a person's unique idea of what a perfect mate should look like. And some people evidently come closer to fulfilling a person's archetype than anyone else can right off the bat.
It's sort of like a classic mustang [or your favorite classic car], it just naturally represents love for some.
So, maybe there's more to it than just sight, but something instantly occurs that defines love, and for some it just never ends.

Yeah, I do.

I'm not sure if it's a chemical-thing, fate, or a combination of both, but I've had it happen. Not like with a stranger on the street, but on a first date...just knew this was it.

Yeah, it's called Professional Bull Riding. Love it!

But being serious now; I'm not sure if I believe in love at first sight, but maybe love in the first week-or-so. I met my now-wife four and a half years ago at college, and in a crowd of drunk party sluts, she was the classy Italian girl I'd been waiting for. Within the first week I somehow knew she was the one. It was most likely a combination of our compatible personalities and me knowing that working in securities trading, I'd better find a keeper now than wait and try to find one while pushing 90 hour work weeks. Luckily for me, I found one I love 4 years ago, AND I only work 50 hours a week. BINGO!

Anyways, today, we've been happily married for 2 and a half years, and have a son, Santino, and another on the way.

Well, I don't know about 'first sight', but I knew after coming home from my first date with my husband that I was going to marry him. I remember calling my best friend when I got home and saying, "I'm going to marry him" She thought I was crazy, well 3 1/2 yrs later we were married, and we have been married for 25 years.

Maybe "Lust at first Sight" but not "love at first sight", it's something deeper that I don't believe can be identified on looks alone.
