When I am indoors smoking hookah, I am usually a little buzzed..relaxed and enjoying myself...and don't really give a crap who is doing what.

Speaking of buzzed I walked into a sweepstakes bar today that was using an ionizer to filter the air- walked out with a headache.

Yeah, they can get special licenses/exemptions. That's the same reason why cigar lounges are able to exist in places with indoor smoking bans. You can't smoke in bars or restaurants in DC but we still have hookah, and we used to have a cigar lounge but it closed
