My mom has joined her beloved husband. It is very quiet without the machine that makes oxygen humming.
Now it's time to celebrate your beloved Mom's Life, as we did when my beloved Mom passed.

My beloved Mom wanted to be cremated. She now rests here in Peace, below an ol' growth Doug Fir, above the basspond. She has company of her beloved fiance, my beloved sister, & four of our beloved fourlegged Pal's.
They all run & play without pain, in the warmth from the Sun, & shade of the beautiful forest by the creek, near the Rainbow Bridge.
I'm so sorry, crabman. I hope you're able to find some peace, now. You are a good son, and I know your mother felt comforted having you there.

It was a long night as I awaited morning before calling my brothers, sisters, children. I have no words to express my gratitude for all of your kind words but know that I feel it even as I am inadequate to describe it.
I will not eulogize my mom save to say that her love was giving and without condition. I was blessed to have it and we will not mourn what was lost, we will celebrate what was. I looked at Neemies pictures with some interest as my first grandchild is due on the 20th. I am reminded that life goes on and even though I have a great sadness I am relieved that my mom does not have to suffer any more.

Ohhhhhhhh Neemy, she's beautiful and a head full of hair to boot! Makes me want another one.....then again, they do grow out of that phase far too quickly!
