70 degrees, depending on the humidity levels, can actually be quite cool.

I can be at my dads house in lake havasu city, Az and sitting on his covered patio, when it's 80 degrees out and the wind blows, it can actually be pretty cool, almost chilly.

It works great now...6 grand later, of course.
I remember that summer. It was like 100 degrees and your AC dies. It was tragic.

So why don't you install an AC?

Oh it IS cool...no disgreement from me! My thermostat is set to go DOWN to 73 at night. That's about as chilly as I can stand it in the summer.

It will be my first summer in this house. I am thinking a window unit will get er done. It isn't that a house. It does cool down at night.

I just checked and it's actually 60 out. It just feels very hot in here because... I have no idea in all honesty. It's not in my head/body either, I don't have a fever.

e: I think this condo acts like a greenhouse or a car. Ever notice how your car is way hotter inside than what it is outside?

Okay, I can see that. It's still holding the heat from the day.

You need an AC and a heater. During the day you turn on the AC and at night the heater comes on.
