HHmmmm. Well big and pimply aint workin so I'm sticking with flawless skin.
I didn't realize people would assume that their body and butts would also be pimply... I'm merely talking about the face!
But if you are going to generalize the acne to the whole body, the fair equivalent would be that the acne chick would have a SLAMMING body and the flawless skin girl would have a mediocre body.

Pimples don't stop on the face. It's gonna end up in other areas also. It's just rare for it to show up in other places. Now you're changing the scenario to better suit the acne chick (wonder why).

You are changing the scenario to better suit the non-acne chick, I'm just neutralizing the scenario.
While it is more common for men to get acne on the body, it is much less common for women to get acne on the body except maybe a few on the chest/back and rarely any on the butt (which does not have many sebaceous glands). I don't think it's a very likely scenario...
Men tend get more blemishes on the butt which are actually related to boils and not true acne. Women don't get as much butt boils.
I don't have a vested interested in the outcome. As a female I'd rather have acne and a pretty face because it's easier to treat acne. I've heard some guys say that they don't care about acne or scars as long as the woman is hot, whereas other guys say that they can't stand acne whatsoever (but they tend to go for rather plain but pleasant looking women).
Definitely the one with the beautiful face but moderate acne. Flaws like that, as long as minor, can actually turn me on.
