Really, that age difference isn't too bad. I would think you'd both have many things in common - music, clubs, movies, favorite YouTube clips - so maybe you could start with those. Keep it light and funny - don't go for the heavy stuff right off the bat.
You could chat about her shawl preferences, and where she bought her rocking chair. Bifocals versus trifocals, etc...
