1. Thou shalt fornicate whenever possible.
2. Thou shalt NOT not-fornicate when presented with an opportunity to do so.
3. Guilt shall be totally absent from thy fornications.
4. Thou shalt defend thyself from righteous crusaders.

No they don't. #2 has a double negative (not not-fornicate), which equals a positive. So, "thou shalt fornicate when presented with an opportunity to do so" is basically just underscoring #1 (pun not intended)
