I prefer natural, but in a pinch (!) implants will do nicely, thank you. Of course, the health effects are something else again ...

It may not be an upgrade to YOU, when YOU feel them and enjoy them, but it may be an upgrade to HER, making her feel sexier, prettier, more balanced and thus more apt to even let YOU touch them.

A woman who doesn't feel attractive on some level probably will be less inclined to get naked and have hanky panky....

Different women get them for different reasons, either personal or medical. Its their body and their decision anyways.

I always enjoy watching old tv shows from the days before breast implants became all the rage.....The variety of shapes and sizes is as it should be......natural, all beautiful!!

Never been a fan of breast implants. One of the girls I went out with who was in great shape did not have giant boobs and whoa! What a body (firm flat abs, round firm butt, toned legs, no cellulite, etc). If she decided to put plastic in those breasts, it would totally ruin it for me.
