No way. Culture has more impact on relationships than people realize. I watched that movie, "Not without my Daughter" and wondered why any normal American woman would have married a guy from Iran. I would date an African American man, a Native American man, or any other race of guy from the US...but no way on a guy who is from the middle east. Forget it.
I am not obedient enough anyway. No doubt, I would drive you crazy in the first five minutes, no guy from the Middle East would ever ask me out.
There are also American Middle-Eastern/Persian girls. Lots of them in California. I think 90210 Beverly Hills is mostly people from Iran. They are so educated and have businesses and good jobs.
haha good point! I used to work in Brentwood and I waited on a lot of them. They always thought I was Persian too and I could see why, I look like a lot of them, they were half correct though lol.
I personally don't care about any of that, but I'd never marry a guy from that region. Yes, they can be gorgeous, I've had flings with them in the past, but I don't care to be treated in the way they treat women. I don't know... Christians may very well be different, but I definitely shy away from these men, even though they can be very tempting.
Also, the way they act and treat their women in a foreign country often has nothing to do with the way they treat them if they move to their home country. I'm adding this in case somebody thinks having had flings with them contradicts the rest of my post. “Not Without My Daughter” is not a joke.
Not all of them guys treat women bad. Thats a stereotype.
