So, many of the romances I've had had an element of serendipity involved; being "stranded" in a snowstorm at 16, I met my former husband. Met one of my soulmates by coincidences that are amazing...anyone here have those kinds of experiences? Where it seems there's such an incredulous chain of events that aligned to bring you w/ your mate?
I wouldn't really call that serendipity though based on your experiences I think it's more like other things that lead you to them again like the movie Serendipity. I've some similar experiences like the movie where I'd hear a song and person would return or I'd have a dream and they contact me or come see me, I'd see their name somewhere and we reconnect and this all happened with one person.
Surprisingly there comes a time when the connection fades because now all those will happen and that person and I won't end up communicating. Funny I just met someone and for some reason I kinda feel a slight serendipitious connection to them but I'll see how it goes.....
Yep, I get that too-where I hear a song & the person it reminds me of calls. Or I'll have some random memory of someone I haven't seen in 10 years & suddenly we run into each other. Hang in there, you probably have been brought together for a reason
Okkk it's cool phenomenon isn't it? It's like you're spiritually connected in some way when things like these happen. Hmmm well this new one for me doesn't seem completely connected..it's not looking too good at the moment haha but I seem to feel something so I just have to wait for the future because it's funny with the previous one I thought there was a connection though at many times it seemed doubtful. But I'm not stressing I'll leave it to time..if you're meant to be with someone nothing can stop it.
One of life's great mysteries. Sometimes you can find yourself in the right place, at the right time. But usually it requires one to act to make things happen. I think all of us have had a random encounter with someone, or exchanged a glance. And many times we wonder just what if we said something....
Happened several times to me in the past. (And yes, when the planets align you have to take action and not wait for the moment to happen automatically).
I think sometimes you can also by strength of will subconsciously coax situations to happen in your life.
