To me, it just screams "desparate" and would not endear him to me at all if I were her.

i guess you could look at it like that. but i don't feel desperate so i'm not worried about looking desperate. it's was just an idea that popped in my head and i acted on it. i had to get the order out in 15 mins or it wouldn't happen. i'll just see what she says about it. whatever happens happens.
LM and JerZ are right on the mark for a mature person. This is more like 4th grade which you said is ok with you. I guess young women are ok with this type of behavior?
