LIE - your entire relationship will be based on lies anyway, and both of you mirroring back the inflated facade of a false self the other person wants to see anyway. So yeah, lie.
I could care less how girls view that. Having a girlfriend isn't top priority for some men, myself included. If it's meant to happen, it will. Don't lie. If she's the kind of girl who would dump you because she's your first, she's the wrong girl for you and the relationship doesn't have a shot in the long run. Even if you could keep her for a year or whatever by lying, it would self-destruct in the end. If she's the right girl for you, she won't care.
As a side note, I worry that this is more of an issue for you than anyone else. I also worry that you might be subconsciously lowering your standards, which is why you're willing to let this "fake date" girl walk all over you and treat you like a toy instead of a human being. If you allow her to walk all over you, she'll never respect you because it will be clear from your actions that you do not respect yourself, that you are a little desperate to have whatever scraps of "fake dating" she'll throw you. If you are assertive in showing what you want and are genuine to your needs, you at least have a shot.
