I'd love to be taken on a picnic in the park. A soft blanket to sit on, some munchies, maybe some wine? Or a sports game! Baseball season is coming back soon!
Me: I like going to museums, going to art gallery openings for people watching, doing an activity (mini gold, gokarts, tea tasting, wine tasting, tequila tasting). All of these things will give you something to talk about and a way to get to know each other a little better. And hopefully a few memories for future dates.
As long as food is part of the plan I'm good with most anything (within reason) but a strip club or a bar specifically. Restaurant that serves alcohol is fine but not just hanging out at the local bar.
Second date ideas, for those that have secured a successful first; kiss at the door and a call the next day.
