I recently started doing this myself Chow. Every other day I skip meat, or if I have meat at lunch then no meat at dinner. Trying to cut my meat consumption without go vegetarian. It's actually easier than I thought it would be.

You could opt for fish, although this should only be 2-3x a week.

I've always done this...I guess it's just how I grew up. I'm not a veg but I could easily convert, I don't eat a lot of poultry but I do like fish (not so much shrimp or shellfish though).

My husband on the other hand, is a caveman. He expects meat or poultry and some kind of starch at every meal so I oblige and then I just don't eat that part of dinner. According to him, I eat like a rabbit.

I eat so much chicken, I'm fearful I may sprout a beak...........
