I got a rep point from someone calling me a jerk. I appreciate the rep, although giving me that is kind of at odds with calling me a jerk. Well I'm sorry if my very particular tastes offends anyone. But I can't help what I like, and I'm not going to pretend to be attracted to women I'm not. If that bothers someone, oh well!

#3 for her age looks slightly overweight. Shes not that overweight, but when shes older she will easily pile on the pounds and become overweight and that wont be a healthy state.

That's not bashing. If it was, the mods wouldn't have allowed the thread to get this far.

I'd guess that medically she is overweight. I work in a doctor's office and sometimes check the women in, getting their weight and such, and you'd be surprised at how much heavier people are than they look. There have been plenty of women who you'd look at and say "Hmm, she's a bit chubby" and by the numbers she is borderline obese. I think that the western world's growing waistlines really has distorted our view of what a normal BMI looks like. Not that BMI is the last word in health.

Besides, who said being overweight and attractive were mutually exclusive?

what I'd like to know is how often certain people on here shovel Big Macs and other such foodstuffs down their throats, given a lot of the "as long as she looks healthy" posts

Exactly.

I know skinny people who eat McDonalds everyday and hate the gym, and I know fat people who eat very healthy and are more active then the average thin person. Size and health are NOT always connected.

But most of the time they are. Honestly, what percentage of people do you think can eat junk everyday and hate the gym and remain skinny? I'd say just under 5% tops.

Fine, I'm not attracted to fat women, regardless of how healthy they supposedly may be. That doesn't mean I think any less of them as people, it just means I can't find them physically attractive. Likewise, I'm not automatically attracted to a skinny woman, either. If she looks like she's skinny because she's starving herself and does heroin, to me that's just as unattractive as a woman who's morbidly obese.
