I was just going to mention the same thing. Without being too graphic majority of women who perform certain acts on men dnt have an issue with ingesting that si not sure whats so gross about this whole abf thing.

Okay first off...human milk tastes a lot better than semen so there is no comparission there.
Second...it's intended for an infant, not an adult. I think that's where the whole "weird" factor comes in. Similar to an adult wanting to wear a diaper like a baby...it's just not normal. For most people it's a turn off to have a fully functioning adult wanting to act infantile.
