What in the world are you talking about? The surgery done by some women to "tighten up" is a personal preference. One that I've read elsewhere is largely unnecessary due to the vagina being high elastic and retractable. You'd also have the same amount or likely more of expansion and possible looseness from multiple childbirths. That's far more stretching then one gets from a penis. Should women refrain from multiple childbirths to avoid the possibly of her holes becoming "useless"?
