I didn't see any of them, but, it doesn't matter to me..Bitter people will be bitter all their lives. I feel sorry for them.

We went out to eat, and he gave me a ring pop(candy) and said "Happy Valentines"... I said "thanks Sucka"...I know he is a pratical joker, and was not at all upset about this...I thought it was funny.

Then later in the night, we had a few good laughs about it and moved on, he out of no where, acts like he has a pain in his foot(like a cramp) and I'm like "oh honey, you ok?" and move towards him he comes up with the box and says " I will be if you will marry me?" I was shocked. I started crying and somehow managed to get out a "yes". I will upload a picture of my ring(it is gorgeous) in a little bit.

Thank you all for the well wishes... Not sure of a date, as wer aren't in a hurry, most likley it will be like the proposal, a surprise.

Congratulations!

Now the real work begins! I am presently engaged, which happened last June. 24 days until the wedding for me.

If your planning your own ceremony, there is a ton of work to do! So plan it out, don't let things go to the last minute, and plan in time to relax and not think about things so you don't go crazy!

Best of luck!!!

It seems like he is good at joking and has a good sense of humor. From personal experience, a good sense of humor and comedy can carry you through bad times.

Once again, much luck, from someone who is considered bitter here.
