1. Someone who lies to their spouse, parents, and siblings about their occupation. They believe the person is working a typical 9-5 job, but he's really earning a great salary in his own professional trade. Being that his parents are old school and that his wife might judge him, the keeps his profession from his acquaintances.

2. A person who goes behind their spouse's back and messes around on other people without their spouse's acknowledgment. But then the husband finds out, and they're both hurt over her betrayal.

WoE, you really need new friends.

ETA: I applaud you on your grammar though (in the subject line). I almost fainted when I saw somebody write that the correct way ("the worse," being between two possibilities, v. "the worst," which so many use for a comparison of two possibilities, but which in correct usage would mean three or more).

So I mean there is that.

No. Have a friend who's in a similar situation, close to no. 1.

I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't for a friend's request.

You need to judge which is worse for you, in your case by case situation.

What is the point of rating lies in this way? They are lies, period. Is it so someone can get all self-righteous and say, "Well at LEAST I didn't (A) [or] (B)"

And I agree that your friend sounds like a worthless douche and you should get a new one.
