Well you can definitely have an orgasm just from thoughts. I didn't know someone had to touch you or you touch yourself just to get stimulated. I can be sitting on my couch looking out the window watching the birds and the trees and out of nowhere I get aroused. And it's not from watching the birds and the trees, it happens because in that moment I'm thinking of a male. He doesn't have to be nice looking either.
