Sex is great, and having fantasies is great. But sometimes is intrusive, you'd like to focus on something non sexual, mainly when you are having social interaction, or reading a book, or watching a movie, or just trying to sleep.

But the nagging sexual thoughts pop up at their wish. How can you force yourself not to think about it?

Nagging sexual thoughts? You should be able to concentrate on other things like hobbies and your job. But unless you're not doing anything important, having sexual thoughts all the time I think is pretty healthy and normal.

Doesn't always work, especially when you know you've sexed in the shower before.

It was meant to be a joke. That's what they always say.

Haha! Lol. It works for me like a charm, hasn't failed me yet! One release is enough for me and it's always a big one when I do it myself. Can take less than 3 minutes or up to about 8 depending on if I want it to last or not. No kidding. Then it's back to the office, movie, sleep whatever...for me. The only time it doesn't work is when I have a man that I'm in love with. Then it's like my actions aren't enough, lol. I need him because that's what my mind and heart wants..

Just try to distract yourself...people can say oh just go do it yourself...that helps, but there's nothing like the real thing. Sometimes you just have to endure. It sucks!

Ohhhhh, man. LOL!!!!

I've had intrusive sexual fantasies about a certain woman. Sometimes I have to "shake it out" because it was not right. I did not see her in that light (even though she was lookin a'ight) But these thoughts kept comin that night. They come, they stay no matter how hard I fight.

(Looks at post. )
