That's possible, but at the heart of PUA is social ineptness, social anxiety for some, insert personal issues from A to Z depending on the follower. That's the whole point of the movement in case you didn't know. Or in case you don't stop to think.

en serio? i've seen this many times

seems like a decent example to me. girlfriend in boyfriends's lap can be the preferable choice for both parties. flirty and practical, barring a really long bumpy ride

no need to take this too far though

if my gf wore her sexy shoes and her feet hurt, of course i'm letting her sit. doesn't make me a white knight

if it's 90 degrees and i'm sweating balls (she doesn't sweat much) of course she's letting me sit. doesn't mean i haven't "arrived"

i'm pretty sure, outside of the confines of threads like this, most of everyone in this thread works basically something like that

Hmmm, your answer was logical, so that means you're not mad at me, TODAY.

How can someone read too much? If anything, people who watch too much Television/movies tend to have the warped realities.

I said read too much INTERNET, if you mean books then yeah, no such thing as reading too much. But the internet is full of nonsense pretending to be gospel and it kind of has a way of taking on a life of it's own that is separate from actual reality.

I disagree. You can learn so much about relationships just by lurking the hardcore relationship forums.

Yeah you can, if you have a stomach for it and a strong internal filter. A lot of people will believe anything they read and come away with some weird beliefs.

I agree with this. People can learn about marriage and LTR from people actually in them. From people who have problems getting into and staying in relationships? Perhaps you can learn about the wrong approach, wrong thinking, etc. That's how it was with my folks. They taught me what not to do.

With that said, reading the internet isn't "reading" or the type of reading that lends to intellectual development.
