Nope they just took blood. She has a good heart though, no history of heart trouble. She's actually in pretty good health for her age. Really the only thing wrong with her is she has a history of mild strokes (they call them TIAs) and she has a badly curved spine that leaves her in pain most of the time
But this week she's just been nauseous and really weak and sleeping a lot. I'm just trying to keep fluids in her. She just woke up though and said she is feeling a bit better, and she asked for some dinner so hopefully she's starting to get over it. Probably just a stomach bug.
Thanks for the help though greatly appreciated.
That is a good sign. As people age, the bugs last longer and people don't recover as fast. It is one of those things.
The next thing I'd start to worry about is a bowel obstruction.
Unfortunately though building some things in the US just wouldn't work. I recently read an article that talked about Apple theoretically building the iPad in the US. They speculated that this would create around 70,000 manufacturing jobs, but the price of the iPad would skyrocket to around $15,000 each

$15,000? Really? How do they arrive at that conclusion?

Just because labor costs, operation costs, taxes, etc. are so much cheaper in China. Honestly though I have seen bloggers argue about this since 2011 and speculate different numbers. Pretty much everyone agrees that it would cost more though being built in the US.

I figured it would cost more. $14,500 more seems to be a bit of a grasp IMO.
