Whether you go by the full name, or its shorthand Tony, this is what you guys need to do. Think about it. When's the last time you met a Tony that had trouble getting laid? Other Italian names work too... have you ever met a Vinnie that didn't have a hot girlfriend? (just watch a few episodes of Entourage) Marcus, while not Italian, is also a great name for getting the ladies.
On the other hand, if your name is Tom, George, or Justin, you better have some major game to overcome this obstacle.
