Did She avoid my message? (woman, single, call, straight)

I sent Someone a message though Facebook,Shes been active recently and it says the message was never seen?I had asked her out in person and didn't get a straight answer so i tried talking through facebook. Did she purposely choose to not even open it? (When someone looks at a message it says "seen")

Im curious if she avoided to even open it on purpose,it said the message was sent wondering if it could be a glitch maybe

Whenever you ask a girl out and she says anything other than a "yes" she is not interested in you. As the previous poster said, she is blowing you off but doing it passive aggressively. Why would you want to be with a woman who is afraid to tell you she is not interested and wasting your time right now. Either move on or call her out on her behavior.
