I don't think the penis/breast thing is a fair comparison, for a couple reasons. First, while I'm sure breasts enhance the experience, they do not make or break a sexual encounter. Second, the size of a woman's breast (unless she is going to extreme measures) is known from the get go.
A small penis is more equivalent to a large vagina. Small breast are probably the equivalent of small balls, at the end of the day, does it really matter what size they are as long as they are there?

So, considering that the universe has given us, alone amongst all animals, the ability and desire to enjoy sex for more than just procreation, it means that a small, unenjoyable penis is far far more of a handicap than small breasts, which are not actually genitals (where the orgasm originates), but more of an added bonus. Funbags, if you like.
The rest of your post is spot on, humans are not the only animal that enjoys sex for pleasure. There are well documented cases of masturbation among animals and other signs, that they do have sex for pleasure. The one example that stands out is dolphins using their blowholes for sexual pleasure.
Besides, and correct me here ladies if I'm overly flabbered, isn't generally the best way to make a women orgasm clitoral stimulation? So wouldn't the size of the penis and the thrusting be less relevant to your pleasure in bed than his skills around that area? Just academic curiosity.
There's no such thing as a small penis. It's all psychological. But if someone has a physically small penis, he or she should be confident and compensate in other areas like buying a big house, big car, big gun, and becoming very successful at their career.
If "she" has a penis then I think that "she" has bigger issues to deal with than buying houses, cars and guns.
Here's the beauty of it: She can buy tyts. He can't buy a dick!! End of discussion
