Not really, no. You need to read up on some anthropology. But even if it were, the argument can be made that the natural state is naked and defecating at will, but you don't see humans in civilized society indulging in that.
The bottom line is that you are describing cheating. Cheating is wrong. It is dishonest. If you talk to your partner and you agree to have an open relationship, that is one thing. But if she is under the impression that you are monogamous and you sleep with other people, that makes you a cheating, lying douche.
