Does anyone use this site? How does it compare to POF? I thought POf was kinda creepy. OkCupid is okay. I only met three guys there i was interested in just meeting in person. Date hookup almost seems like a scam. I got a lot of messages of guys just saying hi and that they like my profile when I didn't even say anything on it... Guess I shouldn't be looking for anything substantial on a site with the name hookup in it...

In my experience, I really have to disagree with this. Every man I went on a date with had updated pictures and were for the most part, the person I had gotten to know through messaging, etc.
While sometimes they seemed better on paper, when we met, the chemistry was not there for many.

Maybe its different for different age ranges or locations. I'd say its a 50/50 shot for the women I've gone out with, and a lot of the women I've been on dates with have said the same about men they've met.
Ha, which is why I take a very casual approach to meeting women from online. I carry no expectations.

For sure, and other demographic variables as well, as with all dating.
I met a couple of women who had clearly gained a lot of weight since the time of the pictures they posted, but I'd say 90% of them had accurate photos. One thing you learn is that you have to see a variety of photos with some of them being full-body shots. You can't really tell much from one or two facial close-ups, especially if they appear to be professionally done photos, but that's just common sense.
