Am I the only one who finds this weird? (dates, girl, sex)

Ok, so my roommate who is 24, meets this girl who is 32 at a bar at 4 in the morning. they go on two dates maybe, and within 2 weeks she moved in, and has now been living here for over a month, i think its crazy, but what do i know... has anyone else encountered something like this before?
Encountered something like what, before? Someone gets a bf or gf, and moves them into an apartment/house shared with others? It happens all the time. If you don't like it, and she's not on the lease, you can complain to the landlord. If she's living there, she should be sharing utility bills, at least.

i think he's weirded out by the fact that it's only been two weeks since they first met.
OP - personally i do think it's weird, but in any case you should either talk to your roomie abt kicking her out or having your share of the rent+utilities reduced, since it's now 3 ppl living there.

Oh, is that supposed to be the weird part? Why is it not weird for daters to start having sex within two weeks (or two days, sometimes) of knowing each other, but it's weird for one of them to move in with the other after just 2 wks. of knowing each other? I think it's inconsiderate and presumptuous for one roomie to move someone into their room without consulting other roomies.
Wierd is the wrong word for this whole situation. I call it plain STUPIDITY.
First of all, bars/clubs aren't places to meet high caliber people anyway.
Secondly, at 4 in the morning, the only people there are probably bums, homeless people, & other low lifes.
Thirdly, why is she moving in after onlytwo weeks? He doesn't even know her. She really must have been homeless because she moved right in...to his place. And/or she could be a serial killer.

If you don't like the situation then boot them both out or if you are not on the lease remove yourself for the situation. What is weird to me is that you have tolerated this sort of behavior from a roommate.

haha, yeah I did it not too long ago, but I met her at hooters and she needed a place to stay.
