Sorry you're having a lot of judgmental remarks here, Djohanna- be careful of groupthink mentality on the interwebs- petty and unworthy of your time.
I'm sure you'll find sexually charged perverts in the most sexually conservative and liberal areas just as you would in conservative and sexually free areas.
If you're looking to meet a pool of people who do share more of your values, I'm thinking, demographically, Seattle and Portland are not poor choices, but try Colorado?
Colorado seems to be booming with people who like to live alternatively, but don't seem to ascribe to hedonistic tendencies.. which is totally an assumption but may be true?
One nice thing, for a woman at least, is that Man Jose has the highest ratio of men to women in the States. It's demographic is mostly composed of well to do tech/start-up guys. You'll have no competition!
I'm not big into Chinese culture tho. I live in Vancouver which is something like 60% Asian, mostly Chinese. Not into all the signs in Asian letters, or the food. Not personally attracted to Asian men, either. Funny tho, once I had an Asian guy form San Jose find me on the internet and become obsessed with me one time.
San Jose has a nice mix of Filipino, Viet, not just Chinese..
San Francisco's pretty diverse also- Caucasian, Middle Eastern, Latino, Afican American- much more of a melting pot than say segregated suburbias like Orange County. Creative city, lots of nice vibes, people who seem more about ingenuity and ideas.
So you're not limited to just Chinese culture out there. Inspiring city, actually!

It sounded like the OP wanted to avoid all Asians - not just Chinese.
