You sound like one of these dumb a$$, jealous women posters on this forum that asks "is looking at the opposite sex considered rape"? I think for anything to be considered rape the act it's self has to take place first.
"going up to a girl and kissing her" (which isn't exactly what the guy in the video did, he asked her first) might be reported as sexual assault (whether the charge would be taken seriously as such is questionable), but it's not rape. Do you know what rape is, OP? It doesn't seem like you do.
