It seems like people can tell that I'm single, they never even ask. It's annoying, because really, is it that obvious? A coworker told me, "you're always so alone,". This is a woman who sees me maybe twice a week. Does that mean I'm alone the rest of the time??? Anyway, have you experienced something like that? And for everybody else, is there some reason that you knew or assumed someone was single before actually knowing?

First off, ignore statements like that woman made, she is unable to see any other lifestyle but her own as normal.
Second, unfortunately, society deems you need to be a couple to be successful...that is so untrue, and it is slowly changing...
and yes, I have experienced this, but, I always say, "I don't have to be a couple to be successful, you can be with someone and feel the epitomy of lonliness, and I don't want to live my life according to what someone else's idea is of a relationship/marriage.
A person in a relationship may carry themselves differently and some can pick up on this if they pay attention to detail. As for you being "always so alone", That's a poor observation to make seeing someone only twice a week. What about the other 5 days?
You guys are right, it was just weird. I'm so busy that I don't have time to ponder other people's lives, so it's just kind of foreign to me that other people do, especially where I work, I mean, there's so much to get done and I run like a rat in a wheel all the time. I guess not everybody else does lol...

Usually, mostly always. The women are still in SHOCK from it. 100% PURE MAN........nothing missing or adjusted for "them". Their husbands and boyfriends give me high fives and thumbs up when they aren't looking. "Get 'em man"........
I'm single and people ALWAYS think I'm not, and I absolutely can not tell when a guy is single or attached, unless he's wearing a ring or talking about his gf/wife.
Many think I'm married. My son's teacher during a conference said, "Hi Mrs. So and So. I met your husband last time."
