I actually really do sympathize with the OP. This is a case of unrequited love, but worse in the sense that not only is his feelings not being returned, but she is toying with them as well. He is emotionally attached to her and wants the relationship to progress to more but she does not and never will want that. They may both be emotionally attached to each other but it's only natural for him to want more. If the pain of this is to come to an end, they BOTH will have to find someone else to emotionally attach to if they still want to remain "friends" or completely stop talking to each other and let time heal the wounds.

If a girl really likes a guy, and spends 2 hours each day with him, kissing everywhere, having physical contact.....at most by week 2 she would have kissed you at least. Specially when its clear you like her.
