It is super odd though that a relationship forum, which includes things like dating, having sex, etc has such an incredibly unrepresentative of the real world proportion of virgins. It really skews the conversations. Most studies show around 4-5% of adults being virgins, yet here it is 7-8x higher. 85% or so have had sex by age 21. This is not a representative group answering.
I use to think that people who were virgins that were older than 15 were weird. If I meet a girl around my age and if she was a virgin, I wouldn't judge her. Abstaining from sex is very difficult..................so damn difficult.
This thread was pointless and unrelated to relationships when it was created in 2007, and is not worth resurrecting today. It's now closed.
