I've run this test 3 different times. This girl and I are in the same circle of friends. On each of those 3 times I told her I'd be at a party but then I didn't show up at it. And then, afterwards, on each of those 3 times, my friends told me, "Dude, Jess was wondering where you were. She kept asking about you." So this means that she was hoping to see me there, but was too shy to ask me about where I was when she didn't see me there. Good sign, right?
Sounds like she's interested in you. Are you interested in her? Stop playing these games otherwise she'll lose interest.

Running the "test" three times just proves what a flake you are. You've technically stood her up three times and she may be done with you if you continue to "test" her.

OP is not testing any chick, he doesn't have a clue about when a girl is interested in him (hint anytime a girl asks if you are going to a party, the answer is yes, you will see her there!)
And he didn't go to the party because it was past his curfew, has a hard-on for internet entertainment, or he is socially awkward. His friends went to the parties and he didnt! I don't know about you, but when I was in high school/college, I hated the day after "dude, you should have been there!" talk, especially if a girl was asking about me.

Yeah, after the first time someone told me a girl was asking about me, I'd show up at the next party to look for her.
