I performed an act of kindness for a stranger. She went on her way after we talked for maybe 5 minutes and that was it. Later in the week are paths crossed a second time in the same place. I performed another act of kindness (think holding open the door or helping to carry a bag). This time we talked for about 15 minutes before she called me cute and said she wanted to thank me for my kindness by bring me some food. I replied that I usually go into the place we both seem to be frequent on lunch break and thereby have limited time. She then said she'd make me dinner next week, and would stop by so we could go eat.
After this we talked for like another half-hour.
Did I just get asked out without even noticing it ?????
If so, I feel pretty good. She was beautiful and foreign.
