So I met a guy with my friend a while ago, I have posted about him before... He drove the uber we took home. So basically we have only ever hung out with him together kind of with the hope of [Mod cut.]. Well now I don't want that I want him. We all hung out this weekend and I know he's perfect. I just like him so much. We saw him with his sibling and it was so cute he would be the cutest dad! I want to tell him but I'm so afraid because if he doesn't reciprocate it's the end of our group activities and friendship. If he does then what? We try to date? I feel like I have 0 confidence lately and 0 game when it comes to men and I have no idea what to do or say. He's so perfect

Is this right: You hoped to have [Mod cut.], but you're not really saying if you did, you "hung out"...but maybe you had sex with him and just don't know how to articulate this to us, so anyway, you don't want to now ruin "it" by letting him know you like him? You want to know how to tell him you like him? The sex thing didn't take care of the 'i like you' part of this then?

First of all no guy is perfect...or perfect for you. And you couldn't know that anyway, based on your brief interactions. So I'd say you are prone to living in a fantasy world, then having that balloon busted quite frequently.
Maybe break the mold on this one and try something new? YOU figure out what would be different - just do an "experiment" and see how it works for you. Otherwise, I got nothin'.
The last guy was "perfect", the military guy was "perfect", and the married guy was "perfect" I'm not sure that you know what perfect means.
