Seriously though, there is no universal rating of average, it's all personal preference. You will be above, below or exactly in the middle, depending on who is perceiving you.
By "average in every way", he may mean that he bores even himself.
They should be required to wear a distinctive label ala The Scarlet Letter so women know to steer clear. They should also be made to hold doors and watch the coats of we Alpha males. And pick up the check. After all, they won't be spending money on women and they need to spend it on something.

What does this question even mean? I don't I've met anyone who was "average in every possible way." Nor do I understand why dating would be considered a matter of rights.
Absolutely not. I think there are relevant state laws you might want to check to be sure. Average men have absolutely no right to date, nor they should be able to live in nice houses or have decent jobs. It's awful what the world's coming to. What on earth next?
I found this under the criminal code: Average men (self-defined) shall be permitted to date only in the year 3092 and only under specific conditions. Prior to this date, average men who ask either a woman or a man on a date shall be charged until heinous dating crimes against nature statutes. If convicted the penalties shall be as follows:
First offense: flogging with wet noodles in the town square on the bare back by all the average, single women over the age of 65 until one of them declares him "no longer average";
Second offense: flogging the soles of the feet with dry noodles until a promise to remain single in perpetuity;
Third offense falls under the three strikes law and the convicted average male shall spend his remaining days on earth walking from home to home putting down toilet seats.
