Orphaned. I do think it's weird that a girl would look for those men that aren't really sought out as relationship material.
I get the feeling she's posting this as in saying ''Well there are women who go after nice guys and I'm one of them'' in order to get a reaction and have others said ''You're right, you're an exception''. If a woman really went after a ''nice guy'' she's not an exception but probably someone an assertive man wouldn't want either.

I've never heard of the term "white knight" anywhere other than this forum. It seems to be something self-described "pick up artists" call men who respect women.

i understand it. i also only ever see the people "practicing" it being the ones with the most difficulty holding on to relationships though.
you don't need "top level" knowledge to understand its premise or its follow through. its not a secret society or government faction
