One of my cousins is a real man. Well that is what the ladies who know him tell me. He has a presence about him. He commands the room when he enters it. He is super masculine. He looks and acts like a man. He has that strong chin, large features, and big muscles a man should have. He walks like a man and talks like a real man. The ladies just love him.

Oh, by the way, he is just plain mean and nasty. But the ladies in town do not seem to mind. Because he is so manly.

What is it about these type of men that make them so popular regardless of their negative personality?

If you really have to ask, you'd never understand the answer. However, it does have something to do with why you don't "score" much (that's a hint for ya, big guy).

Kind of like really unpleasant women who happen to have large, succulent breasts and shapely legs. The world is just made for people like that who are not cursed with self-awareness.

You don't give us an example of what this "mean and nasty" behavior is. Perhaps it is only that way by YOUR definition. For instance, you may say..."he gets into fights", but you might not know that he gets into fights defending the honor of the lady he is with. You might say..."he can't get along with people", but maybe he is just fiercely independent and likes to do things his own way.

What might be considered mean and nasty by one person, might be considered attractive behavior to a woman who LIKES a manly, man.

Maybe these women like the package - it's old school, it's comforting, it's primal...

But I wonder if they'd really enjoy living with him day in and day out.

Both looks and attitude are in the eyes of the beholder.

No you didn't!!!

You know what happens when we mention his name, right?

I'll bet his ears are burning right now and we're going to see him very soon.

Why did you have to bring this down on us, Lisa? Why???!!!!!
