No there's definitely not someone out there for everyone? Why would there be? I don't believe in soul mates.
I do believe people meet up & get together for a variety if reasons. If people are soul mates, that's suggesting their fate is pre-determined & I like to think we live a free life where we influence our own choices

Soulmates? Absolutely not. This would deem everyone is entitled to a loving relationship, which is not true. Also deems that a relationship between soulmates will never have SHTF and won't require work. Not true.
I mentioned this years ago and it still seems to hold. I believe in put-up-with-your-crap mates and yes, I believe there is someone for everyone out there who simultaneously has the patience to put up with you while you have the patience to deal with him/her. Keeping the romance alive, laughing a lot, and sharing in sorrows makes for a great life time bond.
The concept of soulmates is New Age garbage in my opinion. There are many people in this world whom one would be compatible with on many different levels. So not only do I not believe in soulmates, I don't believe in the very premise itself.
I am married and happy, but I don't believe in soulmates.
