Have you ask a man out? How did it go? How do you feel afterward?

I asked him out, finally, a week ago . Took the guy a few hours to get back to me. Now I am thinking whether I did the right thing ? Hmmmm............ Although the "invitation" was more on friendly term than it was romantic ....still....I wonder if he just said yes to be nice. If then, how do I know if he likes me or not .....

Why are you worrying so much? You asked him, he said yes, you are going on a date. That's all there is to it. Nothing else is relevant. Stop overthinking.

Nope, never have.

If ever single again, never would either.

I'm old school.

Just make it easy for a fellow "old schooler" to know when to ask......

I wear my heart on my sleeve. There would be no mistaking it.

I do not ask men out. I prefer a man who has the balls to do the asking.

Traditional standards say a woman should never ask a man out.

Standards in that regard have changed a bit and its not uncommon for a woman to ask first.

What concerns me is that it took a few hours for him to respond...

well, not technically.

I have "suggested" that maybe we ought to get together some time and that was usually enough of a push to have the guy take the next logical step.

It was the reverse for me. He suggested it and I ....took "the next logical step"
