Sure, you can grind one out. The true measure of physical intimacy is knowing about the other spots and the pleasure that can be attained. It isn't the same on each. There are other locations that can get er done. It is a heightened experience, IMO.

I don't think that anyone is ignoring it. But for some, intimacy is a process to be enjoyed ... its a give and take and while some are giving they are very much enjoying the fact that their partner is enjoying the receiving end.
