Sure you can. You don't sue the guys you gave your naked pictures to you can sue the website if they refuse to take it down.
Follow legal procedures, not that hard to do.
For example, say if my pic ended up on a porn site, I'd tell the website to take it down, if they REFUSE, then I'd sue.
I found my ex boyfriend's picture on a website, (not naked, but he killed himself) They used his photo for promotion. I told the site owner to take it down, he refused, I contacted a lawyer, one legal letter after, they took it down.
Edit: This is why I always put copy right on all my photos. Problem solved.
Apparently I'm in the minority, but I would never show nude photos to others, gf or not. I once took a half dozen polaroids of a gf, she later expressed discomfort, and a couple days later I destroyed them. But I never let anyone else get their hands or eyes on them.

You are obviously a gentleman.
I don't show any of my exes' photos to anybody. Even those regular photos I always ask their permission before showing or posting. For one, I don't want to get in legal troubles, for two, treating others with common courtesy is not that difficult to do.
I have to admit - I'd be weirded out by that. I'd also be pretty ticked off that my ex had shown our private stuff to his buddies. Then again, I wouldn't have done any of that stuff with someone that I didn't trust COMPLETELY.

Maybe you live in california, but in most places the law disagrees with you.
"Website operators aren't liable for content provided by others, unless the images are child pornography. And anti-harassment and cyberstalking laws don't apply unless the ex-partner threatens the victim or attempts repeated contact."

I don't know the point you are trying to make. You work in a law office don't you? ask one of your lawyers
It all depends on the website owners. I asked them to take the pics down my late boyfriend's photo, they said F off
I contacted the lawyer, they took it down because in the website owner's eyes, getting involve in a potential lawsuit is just not worth it. Do I have a case absolutely. Because at the very least, they need to provide evidences where they got these images from.
In term of naked photos people sent out randomly, well, There are tons of women want to be a porn star, no need to mess with the girls who don't want to.
Has nothing to do with revenge porn.
