The media here in my country is making it sound like he should be shamed by this. I'm at a loss I fail to see what he has done wrong. Now if he posted the sex video online sure, that is something. However that has not been either reported or confirmed.

Yeah there has been some dodgy and illegal stuff in the past. However this is not one of them and should be
treated as such.

Was the car parked or moving, was he driving? TBH I don't know the answer to these.
