I met my friend at work 4 years ago. We don't work together anymore, but we kept in contact. I started dating 2 years ago and last year my girlfriend and we sometimes stayed at this friend's house. I started noticing that when my girlfriend were having issues my friend texted my girlfriend more often and she hardly reached out to me. So i confronted my friend about it and everything was fine until i found out that she keeps calling and texting my girlfriend. I don't mind if they talk but she didn't text me or call me at all, so ii felt that she ditched our friendship and told her that we better not be friends.2 month ago my girlfriend and i broke up and i found out that a two of them hanging out, going to the beach, etc. My ex girlfriend keep reaching out to me to come back to her, but i feel betrayed that she is hanging out with my ex friend knowing how i felt about it. My ex girlfriend always talked bad about her and she was my friend. I would never go to somebody's ex friend. I would go to my own friends. I feel that it's disrespectful, so Am I over reacting?
My friends told me that it is disrespectful especially after she wants me back. She knew how i felt about the situation and my ex girlfriend always complained that my ex friend keep bothering her and now they are doing things together, not only that but she always bad mouth her also. So if she wants me back i thought at least she would respect not to hang out with my ex friend, which i would never do that to her.
