Is it possible to still be able to get a girlfriend, have a dating life if you live with your parents past a certain age

Well just asking because if I know that others can be able to do it, then I know that I can as well

My bf was living with his parents when we met. We were both 26. He had lived on his own/with a gf in college, but moved back in with them afterwards. Now he lives with me. Some people just don't see the point in living alone, and I don't blame them.
