There are many things that make me happy.

Tranquility - having the time to meditate (would love to find the time more often)

Time in paradise - being able to spend work-free time somewhere tropica (rarely do)l.

Wearing a tiny bikini (close to nature feeling) - somewhere tropical (when I do go somewhere)

Taking a nap in a hammock - somewhere tropical

A piña colada drink with friends - somewhere tropical

Seeing results from strength training - feeling in control of my body

Doing all these things and more with the love of my life (I am still waiting)
