Im never afraid of getting into a relationship or commitment. I won't cheat, not afraid of marriage or commitment. My fear is can i take care of my loved ones financially? Does anyone ever have this fear? All my relationships have ended because i could never provide enough.

Everyone contributes something in a relationship no matter how lazy or selfish they maybe. No i ran into alot of gals who still believe that it is a guys responsibility to provide the financial security. Or they believe in contributing but not 50/50 or a few didn't want to live paycheck to paycheck.

He always wants to pay when we go out but after a number of dates I started paying as well even if he insisted in paying. I told him I appreciate his attention but these things have to be balanced.

Good for you, unless one is a lawyer, doctor etc. This day and age its unrealistic to believe anyone could live on one persons income.
When you have a chance to go for something that might bring you some positives...
